We hope this site makes it easier for you to access important information and stay informed about upcoming events and community news. Please take a moment to look around. If you have any questions or comments, our email can be found at the bottom of every page.
Welcome to our community. We’re delighted to have you as part of the neighborhood. Our goal as the HHOA is to maintain a safe, attractive, and enjoyable environment for all residents, and we look forward to partnering with you in that effort.
As a member of the HOA, you’ll have access to community resources, neighborhood updates, and support whenever you need it. You also play an important role in helping us preserve the quality and value of our shared spaces.
To help guide the HOA in 2026, here are a few important points:
-
Dues & Assessments: HOA dues support landscaping, maintenance, and other shared services. As many of you know, costs continue to rise, and the Board has voted to increase dues by 10%.
-
Events & Involvement: We encourage you to participate in community meetings and events. Your voice and involvement help shape the future of our neighborhood.
