Due to some unforeseen conflicts, we are rescheduling the Annual Homeowners Meeting. The meeting will now be held on Thursday April 24th at 7:00 PM in the Community Room at the Montrose Police Station. The address is 433 So. 1st St. Should you have any questions, please contact us.

Hello Neighbors,

The Annual Homeowners Meeting will be held on Wednesday April 16th at 7:00 PM. The meeting will take place in the Montrose Police Station Community Room (same place as last year). All residents are encouraged to attend. This is your opportunity to find out what is happening and provide input in how our neighborhood is run. If you have any topics that you would like to see addressed, please let us know.
